Platinum Processing Services offers competitive rates for your processing needs. For merchants swiping at least 80% of all transactions, we offer retail rates of 1.61% and $0.20 communication fee per transaction. For those businesses that will manually key in the majority of transactions, we offer MOTO (mail order/telephone order) rates as low as 2.37% and $0.30 communication fee per transaction.

Additionally, we use HSBC Bank, one of the world's largest banking organizations, to process your Visa/MasterCard transactions.

The benefits of processing with HSBC include:

	All fees are deducted monthly, unlike most banks, which deduct their fees out of the daily batch.
	No application fee, programming fee, annual fee, or any other startup fees.
	Equipment swap program for $99.00, which includes shipping, if your terminal ever malfunctions and needs to be replaced after the warranty period.
	On-line viewing of your daily Visa/MasterCard sales by logging into the bank's web site and entering your user ID and password. Most banks charge $20.00 a month for this service. We do not.
